The purpose of the present privacy policy is to inform users of the www.maisondelaz.fr website (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") about the data collected during their use of the site, and about the obligations of its publisher (hereinafter referred to as "the Publisher") in this respect, which certifies that it implements in good faith the means necessary to respect your privacy and acts in compliance with the applicable regulations.
The present privacy policy is deemed to be up to date, is accessible on the Site at all times, and it is strongly recommended that you read it carefully.
Article 1. Data controller
. The collection and processing of personal data carried out within the framework of the use of the Site is carried out in accordance with the rules in force in the European Economic Community, under the responsibility of Mr Mouton Yoan, on behalf of the Publisher, as designated in the Legal Notice.
Article 2. Objects and purposes of data collection.
. The collection and processing of data via the Site are carried out in order to :
- optimize the management of relations between the Service Provider and users of the Site, in particular by analyzing and measuring the Site's audience ;
- enable Site users to contact the Provider using a contact form, and to ensure subsequent exchanges;
- to enable Site users to subscribe to the Publisher's newsletter, if one is installed and available;
- to enable the Publisher to e-mail Site users with important information concerning possible bookings.
Article 3. Consent of the User
. Under no circumstances will personal data be collected via the Site without the persons concerned having been clearly provided with the necessary information and the effective opportunity to express their consent prior to such collection.

In concrete terms, an information banner appearing when entering the Site reminds users that their consent to the deposit of cookies and to the collection of certain information resulting therefrom, is deemed acquired by continuing to use the Site, whether by scrolling down the page in question (scroll), by clicking on any link on the Site, or by clicking on the "ok" button (or equivalent) located on the same information banner.
. Users' consent is systematically and explicitly obtained by any clear and unambiguous means in the case of use of functionalities which, by their very nature, require the use of data provided and/or collected (registration, contact, etc.).
. Users may withdraw their consent at any time, by unsubscribing from newsletters directly in the Publisher's e-mails, under the conditions set out in article 10 of this Privacy Policy.
Article 4. Content of data collection
Article 4.1. Data collected when consulting the Site
. Consultation of information on the Site by default only generates the collection of strictly necessary data set up by the host CIFAIRE Conseil Installation Formation Assistance Informatique et Réseau en Entreprise which is provided by default with any subscription to a hosting contract on this platform. Google analytics is not present on this site.
Article 4.2. Data collected when using the Site's functionalities
. The content of the data processing carried out on the Site varies according to its use, and may include the following information:
- Valid e-mail address, first and last name, date of birth, telephone number; the subject of the message and a free text field when using the form.
. The mandatory or optional nature of the information is indicated directly on line where applicable.
. Users undertake to provide only complete, accurate and valid information, and agree to hold the Publisher harmless in the event of any damage resulting from their own failure to do so.
Article 5. Use of cookies
. Analysis of the Site's audience via CIFAIRE requires the use of cookies, which are "trace" files implanted on users' terminals, giving the Publisher access to standard connection information (see article 4).
. The information collected will only be used to develop the design and layout of the Site, and more generally to improve its use.
. Cookies do not collect any personal data enabling you to be identified, either on hard disk or online, and the information collected is anonymous or anonymized.
. Users acknowledge that they must consult and check the privacy settings of their own Internet browser directly, if they refuse the use of these cookies. Article 7. Security of processing

The Publisher undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of the processing and of the data collected, by complying with the physical and logical security standards for which it is responsible (protection of premises, protection of servers, password policy, regular back-ups, possible encryption, etc.), to the exclusion of the back-up and/or security obligations which are the responsibility of the service provider in charge of hosting the Site (see Legal Notice).
. In particular, the Publisher implements measures to prevent processed data from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties, notably by controlling access to processing and by securing any data communications (site security, Https protocol, encryption, etc.).
. Any information accessible on the Internet via a link from the Site is not under the control of the Publisher, who declines all responsibility for its content and any possible computer security flaws, as well as for any consequences that may result.
Article 8. Confidentiality of processing
. The Publisher shall not communicate any personal data collected during use of the Site to any third party whatsoever and in any form whatsoever, with the legitimate exception, and on a strictly confidential basis, of the persons mentioned below:
- Any salaried employees of the Publisher (including trainees);
- The technical service provider(s) responsible for creating and maintaining the Site on the one hand, and for hosting the data on the other, where this is strictly necessary;
- Third parties authorized by law (in particular at the express request of legal or accounting authorities, etc.).
. It is also acknowledged that the use of cookies on the Site has the effect of transferring, without any possible intervention by the Publisher, certain connection data to the third-party service provider enabling the Publisher to collect and process its own data (Google Analytics).
Article 9. Data retention and time limits
Article 9.1. Renewal of Users' consent
. Data collected is validly retained as long as the purpose for which it was originally legitimately collected continues to be legitimate, proportionate and consented to by the User concerned.
. Data retention periods vary according to the type of data, which is subject to different legal and regulatory requirements, authorizing longer retention or, on the contrary, requiring deletion, and correspond in any case to the Publisher's need to fulfill its contractual obligations; the periods are set at :
- fourteen (14) months for cookies, connection data and audience measurement data;
- a maximum of three (3) years for other types of data;
. At the end of this period, the Publisher undertakes to renew users' consent to continue to use the data concerning it (Optin), and in the absence of explicit consent to cease sending any newsletters or commercial solicitations (Optout).
Article 9.2. Data archive
. Once the aforementioned time limits have elapsed, and in the absence of any formal objection from the user concerning the conservation of his/her personal data, any data collected which has not been validly deleted may be archived on a computer medium for purposes of proof, with strictly limited access. In such cases, the retention periods for such data for legal archiving purposes are defined by the following standard, depending on the type of data concerned.
Article 10. Individuals' rights to their collected data
. Users have the right to access, rectify, object to and/or delete data concerning them, which they may exercise at any time by sending an e-mail to: maisondelaz@gmail.com
or by post (contact details in the Legal Notice section).
. The Publishers undertake to make effective any reasoned request for the said data, by replying to such requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the request. Such requests shall be made by e-mail to maisondelaz@gmail.com, and shall be formalized by an e-mail notifying receipt and execution of the request.
. For security reasons and to avoid any fraudulent request, the Publisher may validly require that this request be accompanied by proof of identity, which it will delete or destroy after processing the request, subject to the application of a legal provision requiring its archiving, and under the conditions of article 9.2 of the present Privacy Policy.
. Users acknowledge that in the event of a reasoned request for deletion of their personal data, the latter may be purged without any possibility of recovery, and that such deletion may in some cases prevent the continuation of their contractual relationship.
Article 11. Complaints, disagreements and disputes
. By express agreement, this Privacy Policy is subject to and governed exclusively by French law, and must be interpreted in accordance with French law.
. In the absence of amicable resolution of any disputes, and by express agreement, any disputes that cannot be settled amicably, relating to the collection and processing of personal data of users of the Site, and to the present Privacy Policy, concerning its validity, interpretation, execution, consequences and consequences, shall be submitted :
- when no specific mandatory provision is applicable, to the jurisdiction of the courts of the place of the Publisher's registered office, and in all other cases, to the jurisdiction of the court determined by the applicable mandatory provisions and according to the case in question.
