Maison de Laz is a comfortable family house with swimming pool and reversible (heating/cooling) air-conditioned interior.
An updated but traditional Quercy home built at the end of the 19th century, the "Maison de Laz" offers relaxing, comfortable accommodation. Recently renovated, it features many beautiful spaces: a swimming pool, a quiet garden and terrace, spacious and thoughtfully decorated rooms, and is situated in a peaceful village, not far from some renowned tourist sites. You can also discover the Quercy towns of Cajarc and Figeac in the Lot, and Villefranche-de-Rouergue in the Aveyron within easy reach. The little extra of the Maison de Laz is reversible air conditioning in all the rooms.
There is private parking in front of, and adjacent to the property. Free Wi-Fi access.

The accommodation is on 3 levels. On the ground floor is an open plan living/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, and appliances including microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The dining room and living room furnishing includes a large corner sofa and TV. There is also a laundry room. On the first floor, one bedroom has two double (160x200) beds plus one single (90x190) bed and an adjoining shower room. The second bedroom has a small double (140x190) bed. There is a bathroom, a separate WC, and access to a covered balcony terrace with garden furniture. On the top floor: the mezzanine bedroom has four single (90x190) beds, and the attic bedroom has a small double (140x200) bed. There is a separate separate WC, a terrace with garden furniture, and access to an outdoor bathroom with shower and WC. The partially fenced garden has a swimming pool with security barrier featuring an alarm. The pool measures 3.5mx7.3m, 1m40 maximum depth, and a 20cm deep shallow ledge. There is a barbecue, private parking in front and near the property, and free Wi-Fi access.
